Thélios Paris internship: Online Brand Protection Assistant (4-6 months). Monitor digital channels, protect brand distribution, support legal compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor online marketplaces, social media, newsletters, and mobile applications to detect unauthorized sales of Thélios and brand house products
- Conduct investigative research to identify reasons for unauthorized product presence on non-partner sites
- Participate in counterfeit detection and reporting processes across digital channels
- Support the legal department in ensuring compliance with ecommerce distribution policies and contractual obligations
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and executive leadership
- Manage supplier and partner contracts and relationships within the ecommerce ecosystem
- Conduct competitive market research and analysis of competitor ecommerce distribution networks
- Test new features and functionalities implemented across partner ecommerce platforms
- Develop digital merchandising mockups and advisory materials for brand houses
- Support implementation of digital tools and creation of operational procedures across the team
- Monitor emerging digital technologies and contribute to development of new online and offline solutions
- Produce benchmarking reports on industry trends and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Digital, E-commerce, or related field
- Prior internship or apprenticeship experience in digital, ecommerce, or brand protection preferred
- Fluent English (required); French and Italian a strong advantage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with project management tools and SAP systems is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive problem-solving orientation
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities
Skills
Experience
Entry-level internship or apprenticeship experience in digital, ecommerce, or related domains is preferred but not required. Candidates should demonstrate foundational knowledge of ecommerce environments and a demonstrated interest in brand protection or digital commerce strategies.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Digital, E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
