Thélios — Belluno (Longarone): Key Accounts Customer Service Specialist. Full‑time, hybrid role managing orders, delivery and after‑sales for key eyewear clients.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end order administration for key clients, from order entry through dispatch and delivery follow‑up.
- Monitor deliveries and coordinate logistics exceptions to ensure on‑time fulfilment and client satisfaction.
- Handle after‑sales requests and returns, providing timely resolutions and maintaining service level agreements for strategic accounts.
- Maintain and update master data related to clients, pricing, orders and product information with high accuracy.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, logistics, production and commercial teams to support the client lifecycle from pre‑sales to after‑sales.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to projects that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Communicate proactively with clients, providing status updates, managing expectations and building long‑term relationships.
Qualifications
- Fluent professional English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service, key account support or order management — ideally within luxury goods, eyewear, fashion or B2B wholesale.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with a client‑centric mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ability to manipulate data and produce reports.
- Problem‑solving orientation with curiosity, proactivity and the capacity to manage complex, time‑sensitive situations.
- Experience with SAP or Salesforce considered a plus.

Minimum three years in customer service, order management or key account support, preferably within luxury eyewear, fashion, or B2B wholesale distribution.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion, logistics or a related discipline preferred.
