Thélios Junior Project Manager Internship in Longarone, Italy. Support customer service projects and digital transformation initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the collection, analysis, and formalization of project requirements
- Manage and maintain project plans and Gantt charts, defining activities, milestones, and timelines to ensure proper progress of initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional activities, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and achievement of project objectives
- Support the preparation and execution of functional and stress tests prior to go-live, identify potential issues, corrective actions, and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Support after-sales process improvement initiatives by monitoring service performance and collecting stakeholder feedback
- Analyze and monitor KPIs and performance of newly implemented functionalities, preparing reports and dashboards to support performance tracking
- Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of innovative digital solutions, including artificial intelligence-based technologies, to enhance operational efficiency
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of action plans aimed at increasing operational efficiency and improving customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Economics, Information Technology, or related field
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English

Beginner-level experience or recent graduate; no prior professional experience required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Economics, Information Technology, or related field.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Longarone, Veneto, Italy, with easy access to Venice.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 800 per month.
