Thélios in Longarone seeks a Junior Controller to support financial reporting, month‑end close and KPI analysis — Junior Controller, Longarone, Thélios.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare end‑of‑month sales reports for management and support routine distribution of financial information.
- Support the monthly consolidated P&L closing process, including reconciliation and posting checks.
- Extract and analyse regional P&Ls to identify drivers and ensure alignment with central accounting.
- Prepare monthly KPIs and perform variance analysis against planning scenarios (Top Line and Opex).
- Contribute to budget preparation and rolling forecasting cycles.
- Attend cross‑functional meetings to monitor and report on financial aspects of special projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a closely related discipline.
- Prior experience in accounting or finance functions (internship or 0–2 years preferred).
- Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and strong numerical aptitude.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across functions and meet deadlines.

Experience
Entry‑level / junior: beginner to 1–2 years' exposure to accounting or finance tasks such as reporting, P&L analysis, month‑end activities or budgeting. Internship experience in a finance team is acceptable.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
