Thélios Junior Brand Operations Engineer in Longarone, Italy – EUR 35,000 annually. Support eyewear product development in a cross-functional, international environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with stakeholders involved in product development, contributing to industrial feasibility assessments of new models and ensuring compliance with assigned maison quality standards
- Support project management by monitoring product development progress, updating release schedules, milestone tracking, and key deliverables
- Monitor timeline adherence and process compliance throughout the development cycle, identifying critical issues and contributing to corrective action strategies
- Support costing and margin management activities by monitoring target cost compliance and collecting data for product margin analysis
- Support change management processes by capturing and tracking modification requests from maisons, assessing their impact on timelines, costs, and quality parameters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in product development, industrialization, or operations; eyewear, accessories, or luxury sector experience preferred
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to interface effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with reporting and data analysis tools such as Power BI
Skills
Experience
1–3 years in product development, industrialization, or operations; experience in eyewear, accessories, or luxury sectors is valued. The candidate should demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to supporting complex product development initiatives in an international environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Longarone, Veneto, Italy, with easy access to Venice.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 35,000 per annum.
