Thélios seeks a Junior Brand Manager (Eyewear) in Paris (75008) to support product development and marketing for LVMH Maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Brand Manager across the full product development flow for eyewear — from commercial brief through to production — and manage related calendars.
- Coordinate with PR, Digital and Trade Marketing teams to consolidate projects and ensure smooth operational deployment across channels.
- Collaborate with the Maison to define and monitor the media plan, advising on investment choices with a focus on return on investment.
- Prepare detailed presentations to guide Maisons and the Commercial team on budget optimisation and strategic priorities.
- Translate overarching marketing strategies into channel- and key-account-specific activations.
- Support Trade Marketing Managers in the operational delivery of seasonal trade marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse performance of marketing and commercial activities; prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for internal teams and Maisons.
- Conduct competitor market surveillance to track rival marketing, press, digital and in‑store strategies and outcomes.
- Collect feedback from markets and commercial teams to refine product and marketing approaches; catalogue content requirements (visual merchandising, product/packaging exclusives, previews, digital activities).
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +5) from a business school or equivalent university qualification with a focus on marketing and project management.
- 1–2 years' experience in a comparable role within luxury, fashion or cosmetics, ideally in a wholesale / selective distribution environment.
- Fluent French and English required; Italian is a plus.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated rigour, strong organisational skills, proactivity, adaptability and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Genuine interest in luxury goods, fashion and eyewear.

1–2 years in a brand, product or marketing role within the luxury, fashion or cosmetics sectors, preferably with exposure to wholesale/selective distribution.
Education
Master's degree (Bac +5) in Business, Marketing or equivalent (École de commerce or university diploma) with coursework or experience in project management and marketing.
