Role & Responsibilities

• Assist with employee lifecycle support by participating in onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment preparation, user account creation, and IT orientation for new hires
• Contribute to daily IT operations including Active Directory updates, basic network verification, and infrastructure maintenance tasks under senior team supervision
• Support second-level ticket resolution escalated from the Helpdesk team, ensuring timely and efficient employee assistance
• Provide on-site technical support for hardware installations and address IT requirements at the Paris office, with occasional support at production facilities
• Participate in IT projects and assist with large-scale hardware refresh initiatives
• Serve as a reinforcement resource during peak activity periods to maintain operational continuity
• Maintain and update IT documentation including user manuals, technical guides, and release notes

Qualifications

• Academic background in computer science, information technology, or related discipline
• Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems (Windows and macOS)
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
• Collaborative working style with demonstrated capacity to learn quickly
• Fluency in French and/or English; Italian is advantageous

No prior professional experience required; entry-level candidates with strong foundational IT knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Formal academic training in computer science, information technology, or a closely related field is required.
