Thélios, Paris — 6-month IT Support and Operations Internship in luxury eyewear; ideal for IT students seeking hands-on experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding, encompassing equipment preparation, user account creation, and IT foundation training for new hires
- Contribute to daily IT operational activities such as Active Directory updates, basic network verification, and infrastructure maintenance tasks under senior team guidance
- Assist in resolving escalated second-level support tickets from the Helpdesk team and ensure employees receive prompt and effective technical assistance
- Provide on-site technical support for hardware installations and address local IT requirements at the Paris office, as well as occasional support at production sites
- Participate in IT projects and support the team in managing large-scale hardware renewal initiatives
- Serve as reinforcement resource during peak activity periods to maintain optimal IT operations functionality
- Maintain and update IT documentation including user manuals, technical guides, and release notes
Qualifications
- Academic background in computer science, IT, or a related discipline
- Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems (Windows and macOS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively within a team

Experience
Entry-level; no professional IT experience required. Academic training in computer science or IT disciplines is preferred.
Education
Academic formation in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
