Thélios seeks an IT Digital Solutions Analyst to join its IT Omnichannel team in Longarone, bridging business needs and technology while supporting requirements analysis, process improvement, digital implementations, automation, prototypes and AI-based solutions. The permanent, full-time role is hybrid, governed by the CCNL Eyewear, with gross annual salary of EUR 30,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements from business functions and end users, translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and workflows, with particular attention to data quality and operational efficiency.
- Design and develop prototypes and automations, including solutions based on Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
- Support integrations between applications and digital platforms, including integrations through REST APIs.
- Support and coordinate project initiatives, acting as a point of contact between business stakeholders, external vendors and other IT teams.
- Coordinate external vendors in troubleshooting and implementing new requirements and solutions.
- Develop functional and technical documentation and support training activities for internal users.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of experience as an IT Applications Specialist, Functional Analyst, Digital Analyst, Web Developer or in similar roles.
- Good understanding of digital processes and applications.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Python, and familiarity with REST APIs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of English.

Experience
At least 1 year of experience as an IT Applications Specialist, Functional Analyst, Digital Analyst, Web Developer or in similar roles; the ATS also lists a minimum of 3 years.
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
