Thélios seeks HR Payroll & Administration Specialist in Belluno, Italy. Full-time hybrid role managing payroll, HR administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage mandatory communications and statutory reporting (including UNILAV)
- Collaborate with external payroll providers to collect and verify payroll data
- Review and verify payslips and support HR reporting activities
- Manage HR administrative processes including recruitment, contract transformations, and employee separations
- Prepare, update, and maintain personnel contractual documentation
- Manage and update employee master data within HR systems
- Monitor and track attendance, absences, holidays, and leave requests
- Support administration of benefits, welfare programs, and insurance arrangements
- Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of HR processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of payroll management or equivalent HR administration experience
- Professional proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity
- Strong organizational capabilities and priority management skills
