Thélios Paris: Head of Boutiques Channel to lead eyewear category strategy and retail operations across luxury maisons. CDI, hybrid.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement retail strategies in collaboration with maisons to maximize eyewear category sales, including merchandising strategy, visual merchandising, sales tools, incentive programs, and staff training initiatives
- Establish annual sales budgets by maison and validate action plans to achieve sales targets
- Oversee order intake and delivery processes to maisons with support from boutique channel coordinators
- Coordinate with Planning, Customer Service, and Production teams to ensure smooth operational workflows and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) alignment
- Support reorder management and product availability forecasting for CAO (carry-away) products in collaboration with maisons
- Advise brand and go-to-market teams on strategic pillars for collection launches, including product positioning, segmentation, and seasonal priorities
- Prepare business reviews for senior management and analyze sell-out data to identify market trends and growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree from a business or engineering school, or equivalent university qualification
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury industry
- Background in merchandising, commercial direction, fashion, or cosmetics within a wholesale environment with selective distribution
- Fluent in French and English; Italian highly desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical visualization tools
- Proactive and autonomous work style
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Results-oriented with excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
- Genuine interest in and curiosity for the luxury sector

Experience
Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in merchandising, commercial direction, or similar strategic roles within the luxury industry, ideally in a wholesale environment with selective distribution across fashion or cosmetics categories.
Education
Master's degree from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university qualification.
