Thélios (LVMH) seeks Environment & Energy Specialist in Longarone, Italy. Join the HSE & Facility team to drive sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support management of environmental compliance including waste, emissions, authorizations, and monitoring
- Collaborate in data collection and processing for ESG initiatives and sustainability reporting
- Monitor energy consumption and identify energy efficiency improvement projects
- Participate in development of circular economy initiatives and environmental impact reduction
- Collaborate in management of suppliers and consultants involved in environmental and energy projects
- Support planning and coordination of technical interventions on buildings, plants, and infrastructure
- Contribute to preparation of audits, certifications, and management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ESG)
- Develop KPIs and reports to support decision-making processes
Qualifications
- Degree in Environmental Engineering, Energy Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in environment, energy, or sustainability (including internships)
- Interest in ESG issues, energy efficiency, and plant management
- Aptitude for problem-solving and project management
- Strong orientation towards continuous improvement

Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in environment, energy, or sustainability, which may include internships or academic projects.
Education
Degree in Environmental Engineering, Energy Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.
Workplace
This position is based in Longarone, Veneto, Italy, within easy reach of Venice.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 30,000 per annum.
