Thélios is seeking an E-Commerce Platforms Specialist for its IT Omnichannel team in Longarone. The role manages B2B e-commerce, PIM and DAM platforms, integrations, vendors and platform improvements; it is a permanent, full-time, hybrid position subject to the CCNL Eyewear, with gross annual pay of EUR 30,000 that may vary based on experience, skills, seniority, academic background and sector of origin.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the B2B e-commerce platform (SAP Commerce Cloud / Hybris), overseeing its operation, evolution and continuous improvement.
- Gather and analyze requirements from Sales, Customer Service and other business functions, translating them into functional and technical specifications for front-end and back-end enhancements.
- Manage PIM and DAM platforms, ensuring product data and digital asset quality and consistency across digital channels.
- Support integrations between e-commerce platforms and company systems, including SAP ERP, PIM, DAM and CRM.
- Coordinate external vendors and system integrators across development, testing, release and troubleshooting activities.
- Manage incidents and change requests, monitoring platform service levels, performance and user experience.
- Contribute to B2C and direct-to-consumer digital initiatives, and support adoption of automation and AI-based solutions on managed platforms.
- Develop functional and technical documentation and support training for internal users.
- Work with business functions, IT teams and external partners to ensure platform stability and evolution from requirements analysis through release, taking ownership of functional and front-end aspects of the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with B2B e-commerce platforms, preferably SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) or similar solutions such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce or commercetools.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integration logic; basic knowledge of SQL.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving attitude and good communication skills, with the ability to work with business users and external vendors.
- Good knowledge of English.

Experience
At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce or web platforms; the profile also states a minimum of 3 years.
