Thélios (Vuarnet) is recruiting an E‑commerce & CRM Assistant intern in Paris (75008) — 6‑month internship starting July 2026, reporting to Marketing & E‑commerce.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage operational activities for the brand's e‑shop, including daily updates, content publication, product page creation and site corrections or evolutions.
- Produce, coordinate and deploy B2C email campaigns and weekly newsletters: select visuals, write briefs, coordinate translations, manage timing and send operations.
- Create and adapt content for digital channels (product descriptions, blog posts, social assets) and ensure accurate translations.
- Support image processing tasks: create visual assets, resize and prepare images for web and social use.
- Contribute to shoot production and video shoots by supporting the marketing team on editorial and e‑commerce shoots.
- Develop and animate the brand's social media plan and editorial calendar; perform community management duties.
- Manage product allocations and coordinate day‑to‑day interactions with Vuarnet ambassadors and athletes across Europe (mountain activity focus).
Qualifications
- Master's level (Bac+4/5) or equivalent in Digital Marketing, E‑commerce or related discipline.
- Previous internship or alternance in digital marketing and e‑commerce required.
- Fluency in French and English mandatory; Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency with Pack Office and comfortable working with digital asset management tools.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Genuine interest in luxury, fashion/leather goods and digital culture; excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.

Education
Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Digital Marketing, E‑commerce, Communications or equivalent.
