Thélios Distribution Manager Assistant internship, Paris 75008. 6-month role supporting eyewear wholesale strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support market implementation of selective distribution project initiatives
- Conduct point-of-sale reviews in collaboration with the Distribution team
- Develop analytical frameworks to prepare teams for strategic decision-making
- Maximize sales through daily support to field teams and wholesale network partners
- Monitor wholesale distribution quality and ensure network compliance
- Analyze distribution performance by tracking KPIs including orders, deliveries, new account openings, and current distribution reach; provide actionable recommendations
- Execute marketing campaigns in alignment with brand strategy
- Assess performance of permanent (merchandising displays) and seasonal (window installations) investments at key locations
- Track and analyze the impact of marketing activations on sales (sell-in/sell-out metrics)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +4/+5 in Marketing, Business School, or equivalent university education
- Prior internship and/or apprenticeship experience in business analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in French and English; Italian knowledge appreciated
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical mindset
- Proactive and collaborative team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and rigorous execution

Entry-level candidate with prior internship or apprenticeship experience in business analysis or related field.
