Thélios is seeking a Demand Planning Intern to support its Demand Planning team with forecasting, data analysis, and customer planning for Key Account customers. The role includes managing assortment lifecycle information, supporting customer and replenishment forecasts, reporting on service levels, and contributing to digital, analytics, and AI initiatives. This is a full-time internship with a monthly base salary of €800.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support management of Key Account assortment matrices by monitoring SKU launch and phase-out dates and aligning them with agreed lifecycle plans.
- Assist with updating and maintaining sales forecasts for replenishment orders to support product availability and forecast reliability.
- Support planning initial customer orders, balancing customer requirements with supply chain and production constraints.
- Collaborate with Sales and Demand Planning teams to collect and analyze information on sales plans, promotional activities, expected demand changes, and dedicated customer initiatives.
- Support the creation and maintenance of reporting tools and KPIs to monitor service-level performance across Key Account customers.
- Analyze sales and forecast data to identify trends, seasonality patterns, and opportunities to improve planning accuracy.
- Contribute to forecast performance reviews by identifying gaps, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the implementation of digital, data analytics, and AI-based initiatives to enhance forecasting processes and service-performance monitoring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset and a data-driven, problem-solving approach.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good written and spoken English (B1/B2 level).
- Knowledge of Power BI and familiarity with data analytics, automation, or AI-based tools are considered a plus.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
