Thélios seeks a Customer Service Intern in Longarone, Italy to handle French-language inquiries and support luxury eyewear clients.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email in French
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
Qualifications
- Native French speaker or advanced professional proficiency in French
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
