Thélios seeks a Brand Ambassador in Seattle, USA to drive eyewear sales across the Pacific Northwest for LVMH maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual net sales targets by assigned brand across the Pacific Northwest territory.
  • Develop and sustain long‑term, mutually beneficial relationships with retail partners and key accounts.
  • Educate retail teams and customers on brand heritage, product specifications and new collections through regular account visits and in‑store trainings.
  • Present new products, gather customer feedback and translate market insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Execute and support visual merchandising, window campaigns and in‑store visibility programs in coordination with Trade Marketing.
  • Build qualitative door distribution that respects each brand’s positioning and selective retail strategy.
  • Prepare and deliver regular business updates, sales forecasting and account performance reports to senior management.
  • Accurately complete required account surveys, sales contracts and administrative documentation.
  • Represent the brand at industry and special events; act as the face of Thélios in the market.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in optical sales or B2B sales; luxury, fashion, cosmetics or consumer goods experience preferred.
  • Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets in a territory or field sales role.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Availability and willingness to travel 60–80% domestically and internationally.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle; ability to transport and lift 30–50 lbs.
  • Professional demeanour, entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Experience
