Role & Responsibilities
- Meet monthly, quarterly and annual net sales targets for assigned brands across the Mid‑Atlantic territory.
- Develop and sustain long‑term B2B relationships with retail partners and key accounts to grow distribution and sell‑through.
- Conduct regular account visits to present new product, gather customer feedback and deliver brand education.
- Provide outstanding customer service to accounts and resolve operational or commercial issues in a timely manner.
- Deliver in‑store training for customer sales teams to maximize conversion and ensure consistent client experiences.
- Build and maintain qualitative door distribution aligned with each brand’s positioning.
- Liaise with Trade Marketing to coordinate window campaigns, in‑store visibility and merchandising programs.
- Prepare and present regular business updates, forecasts and account reports to senior management.
- Accurately complete required account surveys, sales contracts and related documentation.
- Represent Thélios at industry and special events to support brand presence and business development.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support territory objectives.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ optical sales or B2B sales experience required.
- Proven experience within fashion, luxury, cosmetics or consumer goods is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple products; advanced Excel skills are a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Available to travel domestically and internationally 60–80% with a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required.
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.

Experience
Minimum three years of optical sales or B2B sales experience; prior experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods is preferred.
Education

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 90,000 per annum.
