Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual net sales targets for assigned brands across the Mid‑Atlantic territory.
  • Develop and sustain long‑term B2B relationships with retail partners and key accounts to grow distribution and sell‑through.
  • Conduct regular account visits to present new product, gather customer feedback and deliver brand education.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to accounts and resolve operational or commercial issues in a timely manner.
  • Deliver in‑store training for customer sales teams to maximize conversion and ensure consistent client experiences.
  • Build and maintain qualitative door distribution aligned with each brand’s positioning.
  • Liaise with Trade Marketing to coordinate window campaigns, in‑store visibility and merchandising programs.
  • Prepare and present regular business updates, forecasts and account reports to senior management.
  • Accurately complete required account surveys, sales contracts and related documentation.
  • Represent Thélios at industry and special events to support brand presence and business development.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support territory objectives.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ optical sales or B2B sales experience required.
  • Proven experience within fashion, luxury, cosmetics or consumer goods is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple products; advanced Excel skills are a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Available to travel domestically and internationally 60–80% with a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required.
  • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.

Experience
