Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategy for assigned territory; analyze market potential and create tailored business plans
- Audit retail partners and prospective accounts using diagnostic tools; prepare reports and recommendations for Sales Leadership
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with clients according to company strategy and positioning guidelines
- Manage product assortment oversight, including inventory controls, exchanges, merchandising presentation, and client tools and displays
- Train and counsel clients on product features, technical innovations, and brand communications, including collection launches and thematic events
- Communicate the distinctive heritage, values, and design philosophy of assigned maisons to clients
- Propose cross-brand distribution opportunities aligned with individual client positioning
- Support client marketing and event activations to drive brand visibility and sales performance
- Escalate client requests and commercial disputes to Country Manager
- Collaborate with peer Brand Ambassadors and other distribution channels to optimize market coverage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher (BAC +3 minimum) in a commercial or business-related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a commercial, sales, or account management role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written); Italian is advantageous
- Knowledge of or demonstrated interest in the luxury sector

Education
Bachelor's degree (BAC +3) or higher in a commercial discipline.
