Thelios Brand Ambassador
Thélios seeks a Brand Ambassador in Houston, TX to grow B2B eyewear accounts; $70k–$90k + commission.

Thélios is the eyewear house created within the LVMH group to design, manufacture and distribute sunglasses and optical frames for a portfolio of prestigious Maisons and proprietary brands. Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual net sales targets across assigned Thélios brands for the Texas territory.
- Develop and strengthen long‑term B2B relationships with retail and wholesale accounts, expanding qualitative door distribution while respecting each brand’s positioning.
- Conduct regular account visits to present new product, educate customers and collect market feedback to inform assortment and merchandising decisions.
- Deliver in‑store training for client sales staff to maximize conversion and ensure an exceptional consumer experience.
- Serve as liaison with Trade Marketing to execute window campaigns, in‑store visibility programs and local merchandising initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver timely business reports, schedules and account updates to senior management; complete required account surveys and sales contracts accurately.
- Represent Thélios at industry events and special initiatives; resolve client issues promptly to preserve brand reputation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support territory objectives.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum three years of optical sales or B2B sales experience; luxury, fashion, cosmetics or consumer goods experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and to develop long‑term retail/wholesale partnerships.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally 60–80%; flexible schedule for client needs.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle; ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
- Professional demeanour, entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in business decisions.

Experience
Minimum three years of optical or B2B sales experience; prior experience in luxury, fashion or cosmetics retail is advantageous.
Education
Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
