Thélios Brand Ambassador position in Dubai—drive sales targets and build client relationships in luxury eyewear across the Middle East & Africa region.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual net sales targets on assigned brands
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with customers to cultivate long-term mutually beneficial relationships
  • Conduct regular account visits to provide brand education and present new product offerings while gathering direct customer feedback
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and existing accounts, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Conduct in-store training programs for retail staff to optimize sales performance and elevate customer experience
  • Build qualified door distribution in alignment with each brand's distinct profile and positioning
  • Serve as liaison between retail accounts and the Trade Marketing team to execute window campaigns and in-store visibility initiatives
  • Prepare and deliver regular business updates and performance reports to senior management
  • Complete account surveys and sales contracts with accuracy and thoroughness
  • Represent Thélios through attendance and active participation at industry events and special engagements

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 3 years of optical sales or B2B sales experience
  • Demonstrated experience within fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors
  • Comprehensive knowledge of retail environments, including assortment logic, inventory management, and bestseller tracking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple products
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with a positive, entrepreneurial attitude
  • Availability for domestic and international travel (60–80%)

Experience
