Thélios hiring Brand Ambassador in Southwest France to develop eyewear collections for luxury maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for eyewear collections across the Southwest territory, identifying market potential and establishing comprehensive business plans
- Conduct retail audits of existing and prospective client locations using analytical tools, documenting findings and recommendations for senior commercial leadership
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with retail clients, ensuring alignment with corporate commercial policies and procedures
- Oversee inventory management, assortments, and product presentation at client locations, managing reorders and visual merchandising standards
- Provide technical product training and advisory services to clients regarding collections, innovations, and brand heritage specific to each maison
- Organize and support promotional events, collection launches, and thematic communications to drive client engagement and sales performance
- Report client requests, concerns, and disputes to the Country Manager and collaborate with internal teams and distribution networks
- Collaborate with fellow Brand Ambassadors and internal departments to optimize market penetration and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BAC +3) with focus on commercial, business, or related discipline, or Master's degree (BAC +5)
- Minimum five years of demonstrated experience in a commercial or business development role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in French and English (Italian desirable)
- Strong client relationship management and consultative selling skills
- Professional presentation and demeanor

Experience
Minimum five years in a commercial role, preferably in luxury goods, wholesale, or selective retail distribution. Prior experience in the luxury eyewear, fashion accessories, or watches sector is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree (BAC +3) in commercial studies, business administration, or related field; Master's degree (BAC +5) preferred.
