Thélios is hiring a Brand Ambassador in Atlanta, GA to grow wholesale partnerships and achieve sales targets for its luxury eyewear portfolio.

Overview

Thélios is the eyewear design, production and distribution house created by LVMH to serve its Maisons and proprietary labels. It partners with leading luxury brands to develop premium sunglasses and optical frames and manages both licensed and owned brands, operating within an international, design-driven environment connected to the LVMH luxury group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual net sales targets for assigned Thélios brands.
  • Develop and maintain long-term B2B relationships with retail partners and key accounts to maximise sales and distribution.
  • Present new product collections during regular account visits and solicit direct customer feedback to inform assortment and merchandising.
  • Conduct in-store training for retail staff to optimise product knowledge, selling techniques and client experience.
  • Build and manage qualitative door distribution aligned with each brand’s positioning and market strategy.
  • Act as liaison with the Trade Marketing team to plan and execute window campaigns and in-store visibility initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver regular business updates and sales reporting to senior management; complete required account surveys and sales contracts accurately.
  • Represent Thélios at industry and special events and respond to ad-hoc business needs as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum three years of optical sales experience or B2B sales; experience within fashion, luxury, cosmetics or premium consumer goods preferred.
  • Demonstrable presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple products; Excel competency is a plus.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally 60–80% with a flexible schedule.
  • Must own a car and hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs; professional demeanour and entrepreneurial mindset.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of optical sales experience or comparable B2B sales experience; prior exposure to luxury, fashion or cosmetics channels strongly preferred.
