Overview

Thélios is the eyewear house created within the LVMH group to design, produce and distribute sunglasses and optical frames for a portfolio of luxury Maisons, while also developing its own brands. Operating at the intersection of haute couture and technical manufacturing, Thélios combines artisanal savoir‑faire with the creative codes of prestigious LVMH maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Visual Merchandising department in concept development and project follow‑through for Thélios and partner Maisons, ensuring adherence to luxury guidelines and brand codes.
  • Adapt and translate Thélios and Maison concepts for events and seasonal activations.
  • Produce technical plans and graphic files in 2D and 3D for presentations and production.
  • Create 3D models and photorealistic renders to visualise display concepts.
  • Prepare and assemble presentation dossiers and creative boards.
  • Liaise with suppliers and follow up on production to ensure quality and delivery timelines.
  • Research and propose creative directions and material/finish options.

Qualifications

  • Degree equivalent to Bac+4/ Bac+5 in interior architecture, spatial design or product/display design.
  • Portfolio demonstrating concept work, technical drawings and 3D renders (portfolio mandatory).
  • Prior relevant internship or alternance experience in visual merchandising, display or interior/retail design.
  • Professional fluency in French and English; Italian is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise, creative curiosity and a collaborative team spirit.
