Thélios — Assistant Trade Marketing Manager (EMEA) internship in Paris (75008). Six‑month trade marketing role supporting in‑store installations and brand activations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support implementation of trade marketing strategy across assigned EMEA markets (France, UK, Benelux, Nordics), coordinating seasonal and permanent in‑store windows and corners for multiple Maisons.
- Follow end‑to‑end roll‑out: manage briefs, production follow‑up, supplier coordination and installation scheduling; maintain real‑time status updates and documentation.
- Maintain and update tracking databases and presentation materials (PowerPoint & Excel) from brief through installation, ensuring reception of execution photos.
- Liaise daily with sales teams and cross‑functional partners (Corporate Trade Marketing, Training, Digital, Logistics, Customer Service) to ensure compliance with Maison guidelines, planograms and POS material usage.
- Conduct market visits (including Paris clients) to audit installations and collect local needs and feedback.
- Validate visual materials submitted by sales (photo validation for Brand Ambassador challenges) and monitor deadlines related to suppliers, dimensions, deliveries and visual usage rights.
- Perform competitive and internal market monitoring and gather product feedback to inform local actions.
Qualifications
- Bac+4/ Bac+5 in Marketing, Business School or equivalent university degree.
- Previous internship or work‑study experience in operational marketing, trade marketing or retail merchandising.
- Fluent French and English (both mandatory); Italian is a plus.
- Proven proficiency with Pack Office — especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, rigor and ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and external providers.

First professional experience via internship or alternance in operational marketing, trade marketing, retail merchandising or a similar function is required.
Education
Bac+4 / Bac+5 in Marketing, Business School or equivalent university degree.
