Thélios Area Manager position in southern France: drive commercial development and manage key accounts across the eyewear division.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and deploy commercial strategy for the region in alignment with the Commercial Direction
  • Monitor network performance through regular reporting on sell-in, sell-out, and KPIs to ensure objective achievement
  • Analyze point-of-sale performance and identify growth drivers and strategic recommendations
  • Implement tailored action plans to optimize results and maximize sell-out
  • Ensure regular field presence and support for sales teams
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic retail partners
  • Negotiate commercial agreements covering terms, assortments, and activations
  • Build durable partnerships and pilot key account development plans
  • Prepare and lead client meetings and business reviews
  • Guarantee proper execution of commercial agreements in the field
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Distribution teams on activation deployment
  • Monitor the order cycle including order intake, delivery, replenishment, and billing
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing, and Finance
  • Maintain rigorous oversight of objectives, budgets, and commercial commitments

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (BAC+5) from a business school or equivalent university qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selective wholesale commercial development, preferably in the luxury sector with management exposure
  • Dual expertise combining field execution and strategic thinking
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent French and English; Italian appreciated
  • Excellent commercial and negotiation capabilities
  • Strong analytical aptitude with results-driven orientation
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and capacity to build lasting partnerships
  • Autonomy, rigor, and strong organizational ability
  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial performance management (sell-in and sell-out)

Experience
