Thélios Area Manager (Île-de-France) | CDI | Paris – Lead commercial development and key account management for luxury eyewear in LVMH group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and deploy commercial strategy for the Île-de-France zone in alignment with the Commercial Director
  • Monitor network performance through regular reporting on sell-in, sell-out, and KPIs to achieve sales objectives
  • Analyze performance by point-of-sale and identify growth levers and strategic recommendations
  • Implement action plans to optimize results and ensure consistent field presence and support for sales teams
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with major accounts and strategic retail partners
  • Negotiate commercial agreements including conditions, assortments, and activations
  • Build sustainable partnerships and lead account development plans; prepare and lead client meetings and business reviews
  • Guarantee proper execution of commercial agreements in the field
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Distribution teams to deploy activations
  • Monitor the order cycle including orders, delivery, restocking, and invoicing; coordinate communications with internal teams across customer service, logistics, marketing, and finance
  • Ensure rigorous tracking of objectives, budgets, and commercial commitments

Qualifications

  • Degree (BAC +5) from a business school or equivalent university qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selective wholesale commercial development, ideally in luxury environment with management responsibilities
  • Dual expertise combining field and strategic capabilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent French and English; Italian preferred
  • Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical capability with results orientation
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build sustainable partnerships
  • Autonomy, rigor, and strong organizational sense
  • Commercial performance management expertise (sell-in / sell-out)
  • Natural ability to lead and motivate a team
