Thélios (LVMH) Area Manager, Northern France. Lead commercial strategy and manage luxury eyewear accounts in a hybrid role based in Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and deploy commercial strategy for the region in alignment with corporate sales direction
- Monitor network performance through regular reporting on sell-in, sell-out, and key performance indicators to achieve targets
- Analyze point-of-sale performance and identify growth levers with strategic recommendations
- Develop and implement targeted action plans to optimize commercial results
- Maintain consistent field presence and provide coaching to sales teams
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with major accounts and strategic retail partners
- Negotiate commercial agreements covering terms, assortments, and promotional activations
- Build durable partnerships and oversee account development roadmaps
- Prepare and conduct client meetings and business reviews
- Ensure proper execution of commercial agreements in the field
- Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Distribution teams on campaign deployment
- Track the order-to-delivery cycle including order entry, fulfillment, restocking, and billing
- Coordinate internal cross-functional efforts with Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing, and Finance
- Monitor objectives, budgets, and commercial commitments with precision
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +5) from a business school or equivalent university qualification
- Minimum 5 years of commercial development experience in selective wholesale, preferably in luxury
- Demonstrated management experience in a growth-oriented environment
- Fluent in French and English (Italian a plus)
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent negotiation and commercial skills
- Strong analytical capabilities with results orientation
- Proven ability to build durable business partnerships
- Autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented approach
- Experience managing commercial performance metrics (sell-in/sell-out)
- Natural ability to lead and unite teams

Experience
Minimum 5 years in commercial development within selective wholesale, ideally in a luxury environment with management responsibilities. Dual expertise combining both field execution and strategic thinking is highly valued.
Education
