The RealReal seeks a Store Operations Associate for its outbound fulfillment team in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, to pick, tag, inspect and ship high-value merchandise transfers to retail locations while meeting service standards. The role pays $16–$17.25 per hour, with additional incentive pay based on performance and quota targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Fulfill transfer requests for retail locations by picking, tagging and shipping merchandise while meeting service level agreements.
- Pick inventory for shipment with 100% accuracy.
- Tag items across all product categories according to retail guidelines.
- Conduct quality inspections while handling and preparing inventory for retail locations.
- Manage reverse logistics and put away inventory according to warehouse standards.
- Process parcel shipments using the designated carrier.
- Follow general warehousing practices for safety, organization and housekeeping.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in a warehouse production environment.
- Ability to communicate verbal and written information concisely and effectively.
- Strong time management, planning and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated ability to perform in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven environment.
- Self-motivation and a results-driven approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and openness to change.
- Receptiveness to feedback to improve performance.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday and overtime as needed.
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds.
