The RealReal’s Photography Production Assistant photographs luxury items, including designer clothing, fine jewelry, and watches, for online listings in a fast-paced production studio. The role includes dressing mannequins, meeting quotas, and moving products; it is performed onsite in a studio with flashing lights and multiple screens. Expected pay is $16–$17.25 per hour, with starting pay based on location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle products to the highest quality standards.
- Dress mannequins quickly and efficiently in accordance with The RealReal’s styling guidelines.
- Photograph mannequins from multiple angles using a remote control; camera settings are pre-programmed and require no adjustment.
- Meet hourly and daily quota requirements.
- Assist with moving products through the studio.
- Maintain an organized and tidy workspace.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in a warehouse production environment.
- Demonstrated ability to perform in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven environment.
- Self-motivation and a results-oriented approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and openness to change.
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand for at least 8 hours at a time.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Availability to work weekends as needed.
- Preferred: Proficiency with Mac iOS and Google Suite.

Compensation
