- Develop and execute networking and outreach strategies to attract new consignors, reactivate past relationships, and generate repeat business.
- Build a lead pipeline by sourcing prospects, reactivating lapsed consignors, and converting marketing-qualified leads into active consignors; use Salesforce and other tools to manage pipeline activity and opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly quotas through new business growth, reactivation results, and key performance metrics that contribute to revenue growth.
- Deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience throughout the consignment process, building client satisfaction, trust, long-term engagement, and relationships beyond transactional service.

- Maintain disciplined pipeline management across new business, reactivation, and follow-up activity.
- Maintain consistent outreach volume and improve lead-to-consignment conversion effectiveness.
- Build early momentum in new consignor acquisition, reactivated accounts, and overall consignment value contribution.
- Stay motivated through rejection, overcome objections, and turn refusals into future opportunities.
- Create opportunities through prospecting, networking, and effective use of inbound leads.
- Demonstrate ownership, coachability, disciplined execution, and trust-based client relationships.
- Balance efficient opportunity progression with a high-touch client experience.
- Follow through reliably, communicate dependably, and remain accountable to commitments.
