The role spends more than 70% of working time in the field, requires travel exceeding 70% within the designated market, and entails a 40-hour workweek with occasional off-hours. Expected annual base salary is $60,000–$70,000, plus uncapped commission; starting pay depends on work location, skills, experience, market demands and internal parity.
Role & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute networking and outreach strategies to attract new consignors, reactivate lapsed relationships and generate repeat business.
- Build a sales pipeline by sourcing leads, reactivating lapsed consignors and converting marketing-qualified leads into active consignors; use Salesforce and other tools to manage pipeline activity and opportunities.

- Maintain disciplined pipeline management across new business, reactivation and follow-up; sustain outreach volume and improve lead-to-consignment conversion.
- Build momentum in new consignor acquisition, reactivated accounts and consignment value contribution.
- Stay motivated through rejection, overcome objections and turn refusals into future opportunities.
- Create opportunities through prospecting, networking and effective use of inbound leads.
- Demonstrate ownership, coachability, disciplined execution and trust-based client relationships.
- Balance speed and quality by progressing opportunities efficiently while delivering a high-touch client experience.
- Follow through reliably, communicate dependably and remain accountable to commitments.
