Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee fashion processing and consignment flow.
- Ensure the receiving team meets company-set goals and coach team members against KPIs.
- Retain and develop top talent, building rapport with a diverse employee group.
- Manage backlog, opening reports, and end-of-day reporting.
