Tapestry seeks a Wholesale Operations Specialist in Greater London to manage wholesale systems and processes supporting Coach and Kate Spade.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, document and refine scalable wholesale operating processes to ensure accurate downstream execution of orders, pricing and product data across markets.
  • Coordinate with Buying, Merchandising, IT and commercial partners to guarantee market readiness for seasonal buys and in‑season reorders.
  • Serve as primary contact for upstream system and setup queries including account setup, price maintenance and related reporting dependencies.
  • Own the Seasonal Milestone Calendar to align stakeholders on key deadlines and deliverables.
  • Manage not‑for‑sale activities (packaging, visual merchandising, uniforms) in partnership with Wholesale Customer Experience, Finance and suppliers to deliver a best‑in‑store experience within budget and timelines.
  • Support development and optimisation of order‑taking tools and operational reporting to increase commercial visibility and resilience.
  • Provide operational support for current and prospective wholesale customers, communicating processes and troubleshooting system or setup issues.
  • Contribute to variance analysis and investigations, supplying operational context to support the Senior Wholesale Operations Analyst.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in wholesale operations, supply chain or retail operations within a commercial wholesale environment.
  • Hands‑on experience with NuORDER or JOOR, SAP and MicroStrategy.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel with meticulous attention to data accuracy.
  • Demonstrable track record driving process improvements and contributing to cross‑functional projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
  • Self‑motivated, organised and able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline preferred.
