Tapestry seeks Wholesale Account Services Representative in North Bergen, NJ. Manage wholesale orders, customers, and compliance—$60,000–$70,000 annually.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Independently manage wholesale order book flow from order entry to shipment fulfillment for assigned specialty wholesale clients
  • Monitor and ensure product inventory, shipment, and quality standards are executed for assigned wholesale accounts
  • Execute all tasks to ensure profitability, productivity, and efficiency for the wholesale revenue cycle and maintain SOX Compliance controls related to auditing, approval, and revenue protection
  • Provide accurate and timely customer service to internal and external contacts through demonstrated proficiency of end-to-end supply chain operations
  • Act as customer advocate between warehouse and account; serve as primary point of contact for wholesale customers to resolve issues independently or through cross-functional collaboration
  • Proactively and clearly communicate account-related issues to both customers and relevant internal business partners
  • Partner with Account Executives and leadership to address business issues, risks to financial performance, and resolve service, allocation, and logistical issues
  • Review and maintain orders through manual order intake (Excel/PDF) and SAP S4 system from receipt to shipment, including post-market activities, order status ownership, and executing order book changes based on business needs
  • Ensure data integrity accuracy through post-analysis by comparing source data against reporting systems
  • Monitor order integrity in product assortment, pricing, allocations, and scheduled ship dates; resolve issues in partnership with Sales and wholesale customers regarding extensions, pricing, and Balance to Book (BTB) reconciliation and returns
  • Ensure orders are prepared in accordance with projected fill rates and delivery/shipping calendar; work closely with shipping partners to resolve cancel date issues and routing response timeliness
  • Provide post-shipment support including shipping documents, Order Status Reports (OSR), Proof of Delivery (POD), Return Authorizations (RA), and research/validate/negotiate shortages, overages, and chargebacks
  • Proactively communicate order status information to assigned specialty wholesale customers and other stakeholders as appropriate
  • Uphold and adhere to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls related to revenue protection, approvals, auditing, and claims processing
  • Partner with Sales and Wholesale Operations to protect revenue by proactively reporting monthly risks and liabilities; collaborate in order planning
  • Review assigned wholesale customer compliance guides to ensure alignment with requirements; flag deviations to customer-facing activities and support resolution in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Minimize chargebacks and losses by researching and troubleshooting them on a timely basis
  • Maintain and upkeep Standard Operating Procedures; assess current business processes to identify areas of improvement
  • Provide weekly analysis enabling business visibility of achieved shipped dollars versus potential risks; recommend solutions to business and wholesale customers to ensure win-win outcomes
  • Perform additional administrative and order management tasks to support regional businesses as needed

Qualifications

  • Order Management experience in Sales, Order fulfillment, or Customer Service environments
  • 1+ years of experience in wholesale or retail industry
  • Intermediate proficiency utilizing Excel (VLookup, Pivot Tables, Basic Cell Formulas)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to establish and maintain cross-functional, multi-level relationships
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments; develop and cultivate collaborative relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to recommend, initiate, and influence sound decisions across organizational levels
  • Ability to self-manage and balance workload to adjust to competing and shifting priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize multiple platforms to extract, analyze, and act upon business-critical data
  • Self-motivation with strong sense of personal accountability and ownership
  • Working knowledge of SAP S4 and MicroStrategy (preferred)
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
