Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalised luxury service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Execute omni‑channel sales activities using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and close sales.
- Meet and exceed individual and store KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and proactive prospecting.
- Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, and follow POS/asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and visual standards: receive shipments, replenish stock, maintain sales floor and stockroom organisation, and assist with merchandising tasks.
- Adapt selling techniques to floor traffic, manage multiple customers concurrently and contribute to a collaborative, trust‑based team environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, peak retail seasons and public holidays.
- Operational experience with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie‑talkie communication.
- Strong English proficiency required.
- Social media savvy with experience or interest in live‑stream shopping, video demos or short‑form content (preferred).
- Clienteling and data acquisition capability; ability to read price/release sheets and follow retail procedures.

Experience
At least one year of sales experience, with prior luxury or premium retail experience strongly preferred; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, fashion, or customer service preferred.
