Role & Responsibilities

• Process volume according to productivity, accuracy and team standards across receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, and returns operations
• Pick, pack and process products safely and accurately, including products requiring additional services such as price ticket removal, reticketing, gift packaging, and customer care single unit orders
• Meet deadlines and resolve operational issues such as auditing orders and issuing cartons
• Utilize warehouse management systems and team-specific software programs to determine status and resolve cases within the department
• Assist with carton and corrugate preparation, breakdown and disposal
• Replenish usable totes and bins, and process at the tote replenishment line
• Process in the problem resolution area and research and process shortages and no-read diverts
• Accurately break down and distribute tickets, sort and offload cartons to and from pallets and conveyor systems
• Assist in packing cartons with dunnage and sealing operations
• Communicate promptly with team leadership regarding equipment or workstation issues
• Operate hand pallet jacks and maintain housekeeping standards throughout the department
• Practice safe work habits and assist in other departments as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow instructions consistently
• Self-motivation and flexibility to work overtime or flexible scheduling
• Ability to perform frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 40 lbs; occasional lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs
• Physical capability to stand for entire shifts, reach, walk, bend, lean, push, pull with manual dexterity
• Ability to work at various heights

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.50 to USD 18.50 per hour.
