Tapestry Warehouse Associate in Las Vegas – Order fulfillment, $17.50–$18.50/hr, full-time W–Sat dayshift.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process orders and products according to productivity, accuracy, and team standards
- Meet fulfillment deadlines and manage workflow efficiently
- Perform problem-solving in functional areas including order auditing and carton resolution
- Utilize warehouse management (WM) systems and specialized software to determine status and resolve cases
- Assist with carton and corrugate preparation, breakdown, and disposal
- Replenish usable totes and bins throughout the department
- Process orders at the tote replenishment line and in problem resolution areas
- Research and process shortages and no-read divert issues
- Break down and distribute tickets accurately
- Sort and offload cartons to and from pallets and conveyor systems as needed
- Assist with packing cartons, dunnage application, and sealing
- Communicate equipment and workstation issues to Team Leader in a timely manner
- Demonstrate flexibility to assist other departments as required
- Practice safe work habits and communicate safety concerns to co-workers and management
- Operate hand pallet jacks
- Provide housekeeping assistance throughout the department daily
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow instructions consistently
- Self-motivation and independent work capability
- Availability for overtime and flexible scheduling as required
- Physical capability to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs
- Ability to occasionally lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for the entire duration of a shift
- Competency in reaching, walking, bending, leaning, pushing, pulling, and manual dexterity
- Comfort working at various heights
Skills
Experience
No specific prior warehouse experience is required; however, familiarity with warehouse operations, order fulfillment systems, or logistics environments is advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate a proven ability to work safely, efficiently, and accurately in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.50 to USD 18.50 per hour.
