Warehouse Associate position at Tapestry in Jacksonville, Florida, offering order fulfillment and distribution operations at $18.00/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process orders with accuracy and speed according to team productivity and quality standards
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment, including specialized services such as price ticket removal, reticketing, and gift packaging
- Utilize warehouse management systems and department-specific software to track order status and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with carton preparation, corrugate breakdown, and disposal procedures
- Replenish totes, bins, and workstations to maintain operational continuity
- Sort and offload cartons to and from pallets and conveyor systems as directed
- Perform problem resolution functions including researching shortages and processing diverts
- Operate hand pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Communicate equipment or safety concerns to team leadership in a timely manner
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the department
- Meet established deadlines and productivity targets consistently
- Support other departments as needed to maintain workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow instructions consistently and work independently
- Physical capability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand for entire shifts and work at various heights
- Manual dexterity and ability to reach, walk, bend, lean, climb, and navigate warehouse environments
- Self-motivation and flexible approach to work scheduling
- Willingness to work overtime as business needs require
Skills
Experience
No specific prior warehouse experience required; however, familiarity with order fulfillment operations, warehouse systems, or logistics environments is advantageous. Candidates with demonstrated reliability and self-motivation in previous roles will excel in this position.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

This position is based in Jacksonville, Florida, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 18 per hour.
