Tapestry Distribution Associate position in Jacksonville, Florida. Full-time warehouse order fulfillment role, Thursday–Sunday, 6am–4:30pm ET, $18/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process volume according to productivity, accuracy, and team standards
- Pick, pack, and process products including price ticket removal, reticketing, gift packaging, and special customer service orders
- Ensure order deadlines are met consistently
- Utilize warehouse management (WM) and department-specific programs to determine status and resolve cases
- Assist with carton and corrugate preparation, breakdown, and disposal
- Replenish usable totes and bins as needed
- Process orders at tote replenishment and problem resolution lines
- Research and process inventory shortages and no-read divert situations
- Accurately break down and distribute warehouse tickets
- Sort and off-load cartons to and from pallets and conveyor systems
- Assist in packing cartons with dunnage and sealing
- Operate hand pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Communicate promptly with team leadership regarding equipment or workstation issues
- Maintain daily housekeeping throughout the department
- Practice and promote safe work habits and safety protocol communication
- Provide flexible support across other departments as operational needs dictate
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow instructions consistently and with attention to detail
- Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Physical capability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand for an entire shift
- Ability to reach, walk, bend, lean, climb, and demonstrate manual dexterity
- Ability to work at various heights
- Flexibility to work overtime and variable scheduling as needed
