Coach seeks Vice President, Marketing & Public Relations (EMEAI) in London to lead regional brand strategy across retail, digital, and wholesale channels.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Activate and translate Coach's bold, consumer-first marketing vision into regional strategy across EMEAI, ensuring clarity and alignment across global, regional, and functional stakeholders
  • Build brand equity through data-driven, omni-channel marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, and engagement across retail, outlet, digital, and wholesale channels
  • Lead and develop a diverse, high-performing marketing team, fostering an environment of innovation, accountability, continuous growth, and brand pride
  • Expand cross-functional and cross-regional partnerships, anticipating consumer and cultural shifts to unlock collaborative opportunities and enhance market execution

  • Strong experience leading and developing diverse, high-performing teams in matrixed environments
  • Established strength in building brand equity and delivering measurable impact through storytelling, personalization, and insight-driven marketing
  • Proficiency navigating complex organizational structures and building cross-functional partnerships to accelerate growth
