Coach in Wichita, KS seeks a Temporary Support Associate (part‑time) to deliver luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling and store support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering personalized, elevated service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Execute omni‑channel selling tactics including mobile POS, clienteling tools, social selling and in‑store video/live demos to capture customer data and close sales.
- Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; meet or exceed individual and store KPIs and personal sales plans.
- Perform daily store operations: cash wrap transactions, returns/exchanges, online order pickups, inventory receiving, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards: cleanliness, organization and asset‑protection policies.
- Support inventory cycles and operational tasks such as shipment receipt, stocking, and product movement.
- Collaborate with teammates across functions, assist where needed, and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver high‑touch customer service and achieve sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS on iPad or laptop; experience with clienteling tools and social selling platforms preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 1+ years in sales or retail, with luxury retail experience preferred. Experience using POS and mobile selling tools, and comfort with social/digital selling formats is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer‑service coursework or vocational training preferred.
