Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized assistance.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; maintain cash wrap organization and handle cash/media in accordance with company policy.
- Support sales through suggestive selling, gift card promotion and lawful capture of customer information.
- Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a clean, efficient stockroom.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor and execute basic visual merchandising updates.
- Assist sales floor colleagues with customer requests and collaborate with management to meet store objectives.
- Maintain housekeeping standards on the sales floor and comply with Loss Prevention procedures.
- Serve as a local brand ambassador and support store-level social media engagement when required.
- Perform regular physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs routinely (occasional lifts to 50 lbs), climbing, bending and kneeling.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of prior retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Familiarity with current fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and point-of-sale devices.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational aptitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English language proficiency.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year of retail experience in cashiering, stock handling or direct sales; luxury retail experience preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or customer-service training desirable.
