Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service and an elevated, personalized client experience.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
- Meet and exceed individual and store KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Operate mobile POS and store systems, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and capture client data via clienteling tools.
- Use social selling and short-form video/live-stream formats to engage customers and convert interest into sales.
- Perform daily operational tasks including inventory receiving, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom maintenance.
- Maintain a high-energy presence on the sales floor, manage multiple customers, and support teammates across functional areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS devices; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie-talkies.
- Strong English communication skills; social-media savvy with experience in short-form video or live-stream shopping preferred.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Physically able to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform routine stockroom and floor duties.

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior exposure to luxury retail and omni‑channel selling is preferred.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
