Coach in Natick, MA is hiring a Temporary Sales Associate (part-time) to deliver luxury retail service and drive omnichannel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer service in accordance with Coach standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross-selling, upselling, and execution of personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and in-store systems to process purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups accurately and efficiently.
- Use clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data, support omni-channel conversion, and source new customers.
- Perform daily operational tasks including inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, cash wrap duties, and stockroom organization.
- Maintain floor readiness and product presentation; adhere strictly to POS, asset protection, and retail policy procedures.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment, and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year(s) of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven proficiency with POS systems and mobile point-of-sale workflows; comfortable using iPad or laptop for retail tasks.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping, video demos, or social selling preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver across the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience is required; luxury retail background is preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
