Coach hiring Temporary Sales Associate in Mirabel, Quebec (Montreal Premium Outlets). Part‑time retail role focused on luxury client service and omni‑channel selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer experiences consistent with Coach service and styling standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product knowledge, and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling, tailored recommendations, and development of personal sales plans.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream demos) to capture customer data and facilitate omni‑channel transactions.
- Perform daily operational duties: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage inventory cycles (receiving, stocking, replenishment), and maintain the sales floor and stockroom.
- Support visual merchandising, asset protection procedures and store policies to uphold brand standards.
- Collaborate with team members, participate in brand initiatives and training, and contribute to a trust‑based, high‑performance environment.
- Maintain physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly (occasional lifts to 50 lbs), bending, kneeling and maneuvering in stockroom and sales floor areas.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs and to develop personal sales plans.
- Experience operating POS systems and mobile POS (iPad/laptop); basic computer literacy.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations preferred.
- Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced retail environment and to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Experience
Minimum of one year in sales, preferably within luxury or premium retail; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in fashion, retail, or related fields is a plus.
