Coach seeks a Temporary Sales Associate in Gretna, NE (Omaha) to deliver luxury retail service, omni-channel sales and clienteling in a part-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering personalised, elevated service in accordance with brand style and service standards.
- Build and maintain client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Execute omni-channel selling: process transactions, facilitate online order pickups, and convert customer interactions across channels.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and generate sales.
- Meet or exceed individual and store KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and a personalised sales plan.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organisation, follow POS and asset-protection procedures, and support inventory cycles.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, contribute to a trust-based team environment and participate in training and brand initiatives.
- Adapt to business needs with a calm, professional demeanour and welcome feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced retail environment; flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie-talkies.
- Ability to read price and release sheets, and to perform physical tasks (regular lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional up to 50 lbs).
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
Minimum of one year in a sales or retail role; prior luxury retail or brand experience is preferred. A combination of relevant education and practical retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
