Coach seeks a Temporary Sales Associate in Gretna, Nebraska. Part-time role delivering luxury retail service and omni-channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client service in accordance with Coach service and style standards.
  • Drive sales through consultative selling, cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships via personal styling, clienteling, data capture and follow-up to encourage repeat purchases.
  • Operate mobile POS and store systems to process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups accurately and efficiently.
  • Leverage clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-streaming) to acquire customers and drive omni-channel revenue.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including inventory receiving, replenishment, visual merchandising, stockroom organization and asset protection procedures.
  • Maintain a high-energy selling floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business needs and traffic patterns.
  • Support team performance through collaboration, participation in brand initiatives and training, and by providing constructive feedback.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; retail experience strongly preferred (luxury retail preferred).
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop/mobile POS) and to read price/release sheets.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Capability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; bend, climb and maneuver in a retail environment.
  • Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, and demonstrated clienteling/data acquisition skills.

Experience

At least one year of sales experience is required; prior luxury or premium retail experience is preferred. Demonstrated success meeting personal sales targets and using omnichannel selling tools is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework or retail/customer-service training is preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
